DJ Reset is a New York City based Producer and Composer. His mash-up remix of Beck, Jay-Z and Pharrell Williams “Frontin’ On Debra” (DJ Reset Mash-Up) was released by Interscope Records exclusively on iTunes in 2004. The track was a huge success on the iTunes charts and there were bits about it in a lot of national press. His hybrid of Sly And The Family Stone and Janet Jackson “Thank You Nation” was released on Epic Records in 2005. More recently DJ Reset has been working on original music – using the name All Skate. He has opened for numerous electronic and hip-hop acts including The Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, The Prodigy, Ja Rule, Chingy, Fabolous and 112. The New York Post has called DJ Reset “miraculous”. (Jan 8, 2005) His work has also been featured in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, People, Popular Science, The New Yorker, The New York Times, The New York Post, The New York Times Magazine, The Washington Post, Q Magazine, Mixmag, Billboard, Wired and The Village Voice. DJ Reset has performed guest DJ sets on 106.7 FM KROQ (Los Angeles), 89.9 FM KCRW (Los Angeles), 103.4 FM WKTU (New York), 92.3 FM K-ROCK (New York), 104.9 FM XFM (London), 102.3 FM OUI FM (Paris), and Sirius Satellite Radio. DJ Reset recently composed and performed an original score for an episode of the TV show “Biography” (A&E Networks).
